Extract from the minutes of a regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The

Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam held on April 29th, 1974.

WHEREAS by By-law No. 1310 of The Corporation of the City of Porc

Coquitlam cited as the "Plan 2291 and 2324 Road Closure By-law, 1974, No. 1310",
certain portions of road dedicated by Registered Plans 2291 and 2324 therein
described located in the City of Pert Coquitlam in the Province of British
Columbia were stopped up and closed to traffic; |

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of The

Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam be authorized to petition the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council of the Province of British Columbia praying on
behalf of the City fer abandonment of the said portions of Road dedicated by
Registered Plans 2291 and 2324 described in By~law No. 1310 and the vesting

of the title to the land comprising the same in The Corporation of the City

of Port Coquitlam. Carried.”
