a by-law to obtain a sewer’ P right-of-way ‘through’ ‘expropriation proceedings,
and advising that. the same is, available for initial consideration. In .
further explanation of this matter, the City Engineer advised chat the sewer
service proposed to be extended to Lots 7 and 8 was for existing residences
that are not now on sewer. service and the Simon Fraser Health Unit had re~
quested the City to connect the sewer as quickly as possible due to problems
being experienced with. the - sewer effluent entering. a near by. creek...

Aldernan Laking introduced a By-law to acquire a Sewer Right-of-Way
by Expropriation for the use of The Corporation. of the City of Port Coquitlam.
