BY-LAW NO. 1270 . SEP - 4 1973

A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Subdivision of Land
By-law, 1970, No. 992", ones ;
The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
in open meeting assembled enacts as follows:
1. Clause (c) of Section 303 of the "City of Pert Coquitlam Subdivision
of Land By-law, 1970, No. 992" ig repealed and the following substituted therefore:
"(e) if he is of the opinion that the cost to the City of providing
public utilities or other Municipal works or services would be excessive,

2, This By~law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam

Subdivision of Land By-law, 1970, No. 992, Amendment By~law, 1973, No. 1270",

Mork. Present Section reads as £5 Howes:

(c) if, in his opinion, the cost to the City of providing
public utilities and other works and services to the anticipated subdivision
