WHEREAS the Permittee wishes to commence a development on the Lands herein.

AND WHEREAS the Permittee has made application for a Development Permit in
regard to the Lands;

AND WHEREAS the Municipal Act R.S.B.C. 1979, c. 290 provides that in a
Development Permit certain matters may be varied or supplemented in the manner
specified therein;

NOW THEREFORE the Council of the City hereby issues a Development Permit in
respect of ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel of land situate in Port.
Coquitlam, British Columbia, which is more particularly described as:

(called herein the "Lands")

as follows:

This Development Permit is issued subject to all requirements contained in the
City's Bylaws except where specifically varied or supplemented by the Development

Permit.
