Instructor, Port Coquitlam Senior Secondary Schoo! who then made a
presentation to Council regarding the "Olympics of the Mind".

That the request from Mr. J. Balasa, Instructor, Port Coquitlam
Sentor Secondary Schoo! to support one student in the "Olympics of the
Mind" program at a cost of $650.00 be referred to the Administration
Committee.

Bylaw Amendment.

Alderman Wright introduced a bylaw to regulate Highways in the
City of Port Coquitlam.

That Bylaw 2011 be read a first time.

Alderman Stewart proposed that Bylaw 2011 be amended to
include the word "irrevocable" in section (2)(a) after the words
"Na sum of money, bond, or".
