NO PARKING RESTRICTIONS EASTERN DRIVE FROM PENNY PLACE TO
HELEN CRESCENT

(Public Works/Traffic Committee Meeting February 9, 1992.)

RECOMMENDATION:

That Council approve the posting of "No Parking” signs on the west side of Eastern Drive from
Penny Place to Helen Crescent.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

As shown on the attached memorandum from the Project/Traffic Technician dated February 1,
1993 the west side of Eastem Drive from Penny Place to Delia Place has no parking signs
posted; however, it was noted that this no parking area is not included in the City of Port
Coquitlam Traffic Regulation Bylaw #1117.

Also the Public Works/Traffic Committee recommends that additional no parking signs be
posted on the west side of Eastern Drive from Delia Place to Helen Crescent.

It is recommended that Council authorize a amendment to Bylaw #1117 designating a no
parking zone on the west side of Eastern Drive from Penny Place to Helen Crescent.
