This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1994, No, 2914". That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: Lot A District Lot 232 Group One Plan 20589 New Westtninster District is hereby rezoned frorn C-1 (Local Commercial) to CD (Comprehensive Development) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlarn Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. Notwithstanding the "Uses Permitted". described under "Part XII - Comprehensive Development Zone” of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240", the uses permitted within the aforementioned land shall be restricted to those listed in Schedule | which is attached hereto and forms part of this Bylaw.
