A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

‘she Municipal Conncil of The Corporation of the City of Port Cequitlam, in open meeting
assembled, enacts as follows: '

1.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1994, No, 2914".

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more
particularly described as:

Lot A

District Lot 232

Group One

Plan 20589

New Westtninster District

is hereby rezoned frorn C-1 (Local Commercial) to CD (Comprehensive Development) and
the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlarn Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended
to reflect this rezoning.

Notwithstanding the "Uses Permitted". described under "Part XII - Comprehensive
Development Zone” of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240", the uses
permitted within the aforementioned land shall be restricted to those listed in Schedule |

which is attached hereto and forms part of this Bylaw.

Notwithstanding the "Conditions of Uses" described under "Part XII - Comprehensive
Development Zone" of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240", the provisions
under subsections (2) Height of Buildings, (3) 1 «t Coverage, (4) Front Yard, (5) Side Yard
and (6) Rear Yard Part IX Section 901 "CORD 2% STORE" (C-1)" of the Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" shall apply to ai :ses permitted within the aforementioned
