From the Planner, March 23, 1994 regarding Development Permit Application No. 11/94 for
1373 - 1389 Kebet Way.

Moved by Councillor Talbot:

That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit No. 11/94 for 1373 -
1389 Kebet Way under Section 976 of the Municipal Act; and

That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when completed subject to:
a. Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning.

b. Submission of Landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreatio
Department; '

c. Satisfaction of the Building Department concerns.

From the Director of Parks and Recreation, March 24, 1994 regarding Thompson Park -
Mosquito Diamond.

Seconded by Councillor Gates:

That a backstop be installed at the northeast corner of Thompson Park.

That the estimated cost of $1,500.00 for the backstop be taken from Park DCC interest.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay asked Council if they wished to consider the "Late Items
Agenda”.
