Carried, LATE ITEMS: From the City Engineer, February ist, 1993 regarding Vehicle Weigh: Restrictions - Roads in Port Coquitlam. Moved by Councillor Gates: Be it resolved that the maximum combined gross weight of a vehicle and its load in respect of vehicles (other than vehicles with a registered gross vehici’ weight of less than 3000 kilograms) driven, used or operated on the following highways in the City of Port Cequitlar . shail not exceed 75% of the gross vehicle weight of that vehicle as stated on the veiucle s registration form under the Motor Vehicle Act: Mary Hill Road, from Eastern Drive to Pitt River Road; Pitt River Road, from the Bailey Bridge to Shaughnessy Street; Coast Meridian Road, from Victoria Street to Apel Street; Dominion Avenue, from Lougheed Highway to Bums Road; Bums Road, from Dominion Avenue to Prairie Avenue; Prairie Avenue, from Burns Road to Rae Street; Victoria Drive, from Mars Street to Cedar Drive. And further that the City Engineer and City staff under his direction are authorized to place signs on those highways, notifying the public of the restrictions set out in this order. Carried.
