Seconded by Councillor Gordon:

That Rezoning Application No. 87/92, and Development Permit Application No. 88/92 for
1636, 1648, and 1656 Grant Avenue be approved to proceed for Rezoning from RS-1 (Large Lot
Residential) to RM-4 (Apartment) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to:

a. Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning;

Satisfaction of Engineering requirements;

Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department;

Satisfaction of Building Department concems;

Satisfaction of Fire Department concerns;

Consolidation of the properties into one lot; and

Issuance of a Development Permit.

That the Planning Departrnent be authorized to draft Development Permit No. 88/92; and

That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when completed subject to
the conditions noted above.
