Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning; Satisfaction of Engineering requirements; Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department; Satisfaction of Building Department concems; Satisfaction of Fire Department concerns; Consolidation of the properties into one lot; and Issuance of a Development Permit.
