NOTWITHSTANDING any of the provisions of Land Use Contract No. 24 which
Said land Use contvact forms the Schedule to the “Land Use Contract No. 24
Authorization Bylaw, 1977, No. 1561" of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam registered in the New Westmenster Land Title Office on
January 23rd, 1978 under Number P6254 it ig understood and agreed between
the parties hereto that the following paragraph shall be inserted between
the first and the second paragraph of Schedule “B", “Permitted Land Use":

"Notwithetanding any other provision of this Schedule and subject to
compliance with the appropriate building regulations and codes and the
previous issuance of a building permit, the residential unit on Strata
Lot covered by this Land Use Contract may be altered by:

a. The addition of a one or two storey expansion, not exceeding 200
square feet in area per floor, which is, in the opinion of the
Director of Planning of the Municipality, architecturally integrated
to the original building;

The enclosure of the existing carport as a car garage in a form that,
in the opinion of the Director of Planning of the Municipality, is
architecturally integrated to the original building, and providing
that enclosed carports can only be used for the parking of vehicles
owned by the accupants of the Strata Lot;

Sundeck enclosures, which are, in the opinion of the Director of
Planning, architecturally integrated to the original building;

Addition of Patios;
