The addition of a one or two storey expansion, not exceeding 200 square feet in area per floor, which is, in the opinion of the Director of Planning of the Municipality, architecturally integrated to the original building; The enclosure of the existing carport as a car garage in a form that, in the opinion of the Director of Planning of the Municipality, is architecturally integrated to the original building, and providing that enclosed carports can only be used for the parking of vehicles owned by the accupants of the Strata Lot; Sundeck enclosures, which are, in the opinion of the Director of Planning, architecturally integrated to the original building; Addition of Patios; PAGE Addition of Fireplaces.”
