Section 13.2 does not apply to:

13.4.1. . additions or alterations which have a construction value
of less than 25% of the assessed value of the building -
prior to the addition or alteration; | . ;
13.4.2. new buildings less than 196m2 in floor area and not more
than one storey in building height;

13.4.3. additions having a floor area less than 186m2.

All additions and alterations to a building commenced pursuant to.
any building permit applications made after February 18, 1991 shall
be considered cumulatively for the purpose of establishing the
valuation and floor area limitations in Section 13.4.

A building permit shall not, be issued for the construction or
alteration of a building referred to in Section 13.2 unless the
applicant submits a design drawing showing the location where fire
sprinklers will be installed and pay the fee prescribed in Schedule —
"Cc" to this Bylaw."

3. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Port Coquitlam Building

and Plumbing Bylaw, 1991, No. 2568, Amendment Bylaw, 1991, No. 7
