October 17, 1988/243 From the City Clerk, October llth, 1988 regarding Latecomer Charge Waiver Agreement - 3076/80/88 Flint Street. Moved by Alderman Gates: Seconded by Alderman Laking: At the request of and pursuant to the Agreement with 3088 Flint Street Ltd. dated the 6th of October, 1988, BE IT RESOLVED that the works and services described in the aforesaid Agreement and installed or be installed by the said 3088 Flint Street Ltd. in connection with the development of the lands described as: Lot B and Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6, of Block 23, District Lot 464 , Group 1, Plan 2240, New Westminster District are hereby conclusively deemed to be for the sole benefit of those lands and that none of the cost of providing the said works and services shall constitute “excess or extended services” as defined by Section 990 of the Municipal Act. AND THAT the aforesaid Agreement be and the same is hereby approved and that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to Sign the same on behalf of the City and to affix the Corporate seal thereto. From Alderman Laking regarding Broadway Intersection on the Mary Hill Bypass heading east. Moved by Alderman Laking: Seconded by Alderman Keryluk: That. Council advise the Minister of Highways of the need for an Warning light before the intersection at Broadway Avenue on the Mary Hill Bypass. Carried.
