Planning to hotd the All Sports Queen's Ball and Tea in 1987,

The event was returned last year after @ two year absence

[son Centre and The Mabbett Room at NO cost, -

We would at this time, [ike to request the rental of these
two facilities be waived again, as these are not fund raising

We have planned the Queen's Tea for February lith, and the
Ball for February 14th, 1987.

We would gratefully appreciate your assistance in helping
us to keep within our budget.
