The Municipal Counci! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, tn open
meeting assembled, enacts as fal lows: .

That certain parcel of land situated In Port Coquitiam, British Columbla which Is
more particularly deseribed as:

Group One

Plan 28175

New Westminster District

Is hereby. rezoned from RS~1 (Single Family Residential) to RT-1 (Two Family
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1979, No. 1651" Is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. ;

This Bylaw may be clted for al| Purposes as the "City of Port Coqultiam Zoning
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1985, No. 2147",
