8. If the Lessee shall hold over and after the expiration of the term hereby
.granted and the Lessor shall accept rent, the new tenancy thereby created shal! be 2
tenancy from month to month and shal! be subject to the cevenants and conditions
herein contained, and the rent may be increased by the Lessor and the monthly tenancy

terminated by elther party in accord with the laws of the Province of British Columbia
for residential tenancies. .

9. Wherever the singular or the masculine are used in this Indenture, the same
shall be deemed to inctude the plural or the feminine, or the body politic or
corporate; ajso the heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the

respective parties hereto and each of them, (where the context or the parties so
require), ;
