Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651". ;

The Municipal Council of The Cerporation of the City of
Port Coquitiam, In open meeting assembled, enacts as
follows: .

That certain parcel of tand situated in Port Coquitiam,
British Columbia which Is more particularly deseribed as:

Lot 40

South West 1/4 of Section 7
Township 40

Plan 25211

New Westminster DOtstrict

Is hereby rezoned from RS-1 and RS-2 to RS-1 In its
entirety and the Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitiam
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" {ts hereby amended to reflect

this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of
Port Coquitlam Zoning Bytaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment
Bylaw, 1984, No. 2048".

Read a first time by the Municipal Counci{ this 25th day of
June, 1984.

Read a second time by the Muntctpal Council this 25th day
of June, 1984.

Public Hearing held this 23rd day of July, 1984.
