THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

At the previous Council Meeting, Council was given a
distance of 260 ft. between intersections on Kingsway. This
distance is not correct as it referred to the remaining frontage
of the City-owned land rather: than including the frontage of the
Closed portion of Langan Avenue. The actual distance between
intersections would be a little more than 400 feet and this is
considered to be well in excess of the minimum spacing of inter-
sections. .

As previously related to Council, there is a sanitary
sewer in the Langan Avenue right-of-way. This could either remain
or be relocated depending on the type of development of the
property. However, prior to any sale of the City-owned land, the.
right-of-way for the road should be dedicated and the construction
of the road made a requirement of any agreement for sale.
