NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of The

Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam be autherized to petition the
Minister of Municipal Affairs of the Province of British Columbia praying
on behalf of the City for abandonment of the said portion of Lane desertbed
In By-law No. 1762 and the vescing of the title of the land comprising
the same in The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam,
