A By~law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law,
1979, No. 1651". os

The Municipal Council. of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitian, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. The Zoning Map of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
being Schedule "A" of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979,
No. 1651" 15 amended by removing the Zone Designation of RS-1 assigned

to:

Lot 104, Block "F", SE%, of Section 7, Township 40,
Plan 20984, New Westminster District;

assigning the Zone Designation of RT-1 to the said property.

2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of

Port Coquitlam Zoning By~law, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment By-law, 1980,

: No. 1766".

By-law No. 1766: to rezone Lot 104, Block "F", SEs,

of Section 7, Township 40, Plan 20984, New Westminster
District, from RS-1 to RT-1.

This property is addressed as 747-749 Chelsea Avenue and
is the site of an existing duplex. The rezoning is being

undertaken at the request of the owner so that the property

may be placed in the correct zone for its current use. |
