“City to invite you to appear before a regular meeting of the Municipal
Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam to be held on
Monday, October 23rd, 1978 at 7:30 p.m. in the Port Coquitlam City liall

Council Chambers.

The purpose of your appearance would be te discuss policing
methods, occurrences, or other police matters with the members of Council.

This would, of course, be a public meeting.
