The subject site is presently zoned RM-1. Considerable negotiation has taken place in the last few years concerning this site. The previous development proposal was to consist of 40-2 bedroom suites and 36-3 bedrcom suites contained within 4 buildings. This proposal was to be Land Use Contract No. 13, it was never registered. Present zoning would allow the construction of 36 units. The present development proposal calls for 42 single family units to be placed upon the site on a strata basis. Each of these units would have _Separate carports and private areas. Site Area 4.21 acres No. of units 42 Density 10 units/acre Parking 2/unit This application was dealt with by the Planning & Zoning Committee on July Sth, 1977.
