AND RHEREAS the registered owners of Lot 149, District Lot 466, ») Group 1, New Westminster District, Plan 4182; Block 4, District Lot 480, i Group 1, New Westminster District, Plan 17155, except parts subdivided by | . Plans 20671 and 20844; and Lot 87, District Lot 480, Group 1, New Westminster District, Plan 43156; have agreed to convey portions of the said Lot 49, Block 4,and Lot 87, to the City in exchange for the lands comprising the portions of roads and lane to be cancelled; SNE ETE ee Ae BO ee At rece AND WHEREAS the "Municipal Act" being Chapter 255 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1960, provides that the Council may by By-law dispose of any portion of a highway in exchange for such lands as may be necessary for the purpose of improving, widening, straightening, relocating or diverting the highway; THEREFORE The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of. Bort coquitlam, in open mecting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. The City of Port Coquitlam is hereby authorized to convey to Millcroft Estates Ltd., 890 West Pender Street, Vancouver, in the Province of British Columbia, ALL AND SINGULAR those certain pareels or tracts of land and 7 . prenises which may be more particularly deseribed as follows: All those portions of reads and lane dedicated on Plans 2294, : 16634, and 20671, situated in District Lots 466 and 480, Group 1, : New Westminster District, shown outlined in green on plan prepared by Donald T. Simmons, B.C.L.5. and dated July 31, 1973 ator for the price or sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and in exchange for those certain pavcels or tracts of land deseribed in the next Section hereof.
