Attached is a photostat copy of the Council and senior staff vacation schedule.

After discussion with the Mayor we would suggest the following meeting schedule

be observed during the vacation period:

JUNE

Last Monday (June 25th) - meeting to be nald

JULY.

Ist Monday (July 2nd) - no meeting ~ Statutory Holiday
2nd Monday (July 9th) - meeting to be held ;
3rd Monday (July l6th)- no meeting
4th Monday (July 23rd)- meeting to be held
5th Monday (July 30th)- no meeting

AUGUST
ist Monday (August 6th) - meeting to be held
2nd Monday (August 13th)
3rd Monday (August 20th)
4th Monday (August 27th)

SEPTEMBER

ist Monday (September 3rd) - Statutory Holiday ~ hold meeting on
Tuesday, September 4th.

Then resume regular schedule
