Committee Comments:

The Comnittee viewed plans to construct a recreation complex
within the development which would include swimming pool, sauna, day care and
recreation room. The proposed construction does not significantly alter the
site plan as it retains the same number of parking stalls and combines one of
the open recreation areas and a portion of open space as the site location.
