Request: To rezone from C-3 to Development Area. Reason: To construct a two storey Shaughnessy Mall complex in accordance with the drawings. Comments: At the time the drawings were prepared the architect exceeded the ‘allowable floor area above the first floor. The Zoning By-law under C-3 permits 90% lot coverage on the main floor reduced to 35% above the first floor, The architcetural drawings show the proposed development exceeds the allowable lot coverage by approximately 1,700 sq. £t. The Planning and Zoning Comittee recommends to the Municipal Council approval of the request to rezone the property from G~3 to Development Ares.
