The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Caquitlas, in open neeting assenbled, enacts ac follova: a. Section 9 of Schedule "A" of the "Traffic Regulation By-law, 1971, Wo, 1117" is amended by inserting the following as Clause v. i: “Pigia Avenue ~ North Side - Shaughnessy Street to & point .40-feet Fast of Shaughnessy Street." 2. Section 9 of Schedule "A" of the By-law te emended by inserting the following as Clause v. 2: "eling Street - Evat Side ~ from Manoing Avenue Co & point 32-feet Gouth-Vast thereof. é Schedule "B" of the By-law fe amended by interting the folicwing locations ef "Step" signs in the correct alphabetical order thereias “On Donald Street at the South-East corner of McAllister Avenue. Schedule "E" of the By-law ie amended by adding the followlss as Section 2: "2, (a) No person shall drive or operate on a highuay (4) a vehicle equipped with solid tires, the thickness of which between the rim of the wheel and the surface of the highway is less than 1's inches; a vehiele having whcels, tires, or tracka constructed or equipped with projecting spikes, eleate, ribs, clexps, flanges, lugs, or other attachments or projections which extend beyond the tread or traction purface of the wheel, tread, or track, but such a vehicle may be driven or op- erated on a highway not having a cement-concrate, asph~ gitic-concreta, bituminous~treated, or other atabilized or wooden surface.
