PWC, June 29/79 re log barrier ~ Ulster St. From the Public Works Committee, June 29th, 1979 recommending that the log which blocks off Ulster Street dust north of the Lacrosse Box at George Pearkes School, be moved and relocated to a point approximately 200 feet south of its present position and that some rough grading be done on the portion of Ulster Street in the vicinity of the lacrosse box to allow R.C.M.P. to drive their vehicles directly up to the lacrosse box for checking on vardalism.
