This Development Variance Permit is issued subject to compliance with
all of the Bylaws of the Municipality applicable thereto, except as
specifically varied by this permit.

This Development Variance Permit applies to and only to those lands
within the Municipality described below, and any and all buildings,
structure and other development thereon:

PORTIONS OF LOT 7 AND 9, PLAN 68514 AND PORTIONS OF ROAD SHOWN
DEDICATED ON PLAN 38628, DISTRICT LOTS 232, 340, 341, 344, GROUP 1,
NEW WESTMINSTER DISTRICT.

The "Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is varied as follows:

Part V7, Section 601 "Subdivision Design and Layout"' is varied to
relax the minimum lot depth of Lot 11 in the proposed subdivision from
28 metres to 22.927 metres as shown on Drawing 67/93 (A) which ‘is
attached hereto and forms part of this permit.

The land described herein shall be developed strictly in accordance
with the terms and conditions and provisions of this permit and any
plans and specifications attached to this permit which shall form a
part hereof. ;
