DISCUSSION:

Approval of this rezoning application will permit the creation of 4 RS-l
(Large Lot Residential) lots; 15 RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) lots and 1 RS-3
(Estate Residential) lot, fully conforming with the policies of the Riverwood
Area Control Plan and the Official Community Plan for this area. It is
recommended that this application be approved subject to the conditions noted
above.
