City of Port Coquitlam 2580 Shaughnessy Street mnt Port Coquitlam, B.C. Oo WA V3C 2A8 aor Attention: Mr LR. Zanynacz, PEng. Director of Engineering Dear Sir: RE: DOMINION AVENUE PUMP STATION Fursuant to our meeting of this morning, Fremont Holdings Ltd. Is prepared to fund the design and construction of the above-noted pump station on the provision that such cost is to apply to the 0.C.C. drainage charge for their entire property. The design would be based upon the preliminary analysis conducted by Dayton and Knight Ltd. for the North East Sector Drainage Study, with an estimated construction cost of $700,000. On September 6, 1991, we directed a letter to your office indicating that Fremont Holdings Lid. would be prepared to pay in advance the estimated 0.C.C. charge for their entire property on the pruvision that the pump station is in operation when phase 1 of the Fremont subdivision is completed. Following our meeting of this morning, the preferred option would be to -design/build the pump station and expansion of the ditches. We appreciate your efforts to have this item brought before the Public Works Committee on October 1, 1991 and Council for October 7, 1991. Resolution of this matter will not only expedite the Fremont subdivision but the other subdivision applications pending in the Riverwood community. If you require any additional information or our attendance at either or bath of the meetings, please contact the undersigned. Yours sincerely, G.0.
