Bylaw No. 2582:

1. Subsection (1) of Section 2.4 of Chapter "V DEVELOPMENT PERMIT AREAS"
Schedule "A" of the “Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162”
repealed and the following substituted:

"(1) ‘Boundaries

North: Center line of Prairie Avenue between Shaughnessy Street and
Oxford Street. center line of Westminster Avenue between Oxford
Street and Commonwealth Street, center line of Imperial Avenue
between Commonwealth Street and St. Michael Street, center line
of Angelo Avenue between St. Michael Street and the intersectioca
of the line extending along the north property line of Remainder
1, Plan 70380 with the center line of Angelo Avenue, and a line
along the north property lines of Remainder 1, Plan 70380, Lot
2, Plan 70380, and Lot 72, Plan 20844. .

Center line of Lougheed Highway between Shaughnessy Street and
Coast Meridian Road.

Center iline of Oxford Street between Prairie Avenue = and
Westminster Avenue, center line of Commonwealth Street between
Westminster Avenue and Imperial Avenue, center line of St.
Michael Street between Imperial Avenue and Angelo Avenue, and
center line of Coast Meridian Road between the north property
line of Lot 72, Plan 20844 and Lougheed Highway.

West: _ Centerline of Shaughnessy Street ‘between Prairie Avenue and
Lougheed Highway.

‘The boundaries noted above are shown on Map ‘Schedule C' of the Official
Community Plan as Development Permit Area IV and in the Map ‘Development
Permit Area IV' which forms part of the O*ficial Community Plan."

No one was present to speak regarding the proposed Community Plan
amendments.

Bylaw No. 2583:

L. Subsection (1) of Section 2.6 of Chapter "VY DEVELOPMENT PERMIT AREAS”
Schedule "A" of the “Official Community Plan Bylaw, (1986, No. 2162"
repealed and the foliowing substituted:

"(1)  ——-: Boundaries

North: Center line of Coquitlam River and center line of Kingsway.

South: Center line of Wilson Avenue between. the center line. of
Coquitlam River and Reeve Street; center line of Pitt River Road
between Reeve Street and Mary Hill Road; and center line of
Wilson Avenue between Mary Hill Road and Kingsway. :

Center line of Kingsway Avenue from the C.P.R. right of way to:
Wilson: Street; center line of Mary Hill Road between Wilson
Avenue. and Welcher Avenue; center line of Donald Street between.
Welcher Avenue and Central Avenue; a line along the west —
property lines of Lot A, oe
