Dedication of Road Allowance = Reeve Street at Pitt River Road.

RESOLUTION:

That the Subdivision Plan of portions of District Lot 174 and 289, Group
One, New Westminster District, wherein 4 portion cf Block 4, Plan 9841, being
owned by the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, is dedicated as "Road"
be and same ig hereby approved;

And That His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the

said subdivision plan on behalf of the City and affix the Corporate Seal
thereto.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS s

Dedication of this Property as road will provide for the eventual
rerouting of traffic from Pitt River Road along Reeve Street to the proposed
Wilson Avenue crossing of the Coquitlam River, A copy of the subdivision plan
will be posted in the Council Chambers on Monday night.
