A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Ll. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbla
which is more particularly described as:

Lot 63

District Lot 290 and 242
Group One,

Plan 18044

New Westminster District;

is hereby rezoned from RS-l (Large Lot Residential) to RT~1 (Iwo Family
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987,
No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 4989, No. 2483".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 22nd day of January, 1990.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 22nd day of January, 1990.

Public Hearing held this 12th day of February, 1990.
