THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY UF PORT COQUITLAM BYLAW NO. 2257 A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240", The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: The Zone Designation of RS=-3 (Estate Residential) presently assiqned to Lot 2 of a Subdivision Plan of Lot 383 ( as modified by the "Ulster Street/Linco!tn Avenue Road Exchange Bylaw, 1987, No. 2234")5 S.W. 1/4 Sec. 7 and N.W. 1/4 Sec. 6 Township 40, Plan 60681; New Westminster District; with an area of 9.512 ha (23.5 acres) is removed and the zone designations indicated on the plan of zoning attached as Schedule "A" to this bylaw fs appiied. Schedule "A"; the plan of zoning referred to Section 1, and being @ plan orepared by G.D. Hamilton & Associates Consulting Ltd. titled "Hyde Park Estates" bearing Drawing No. 6204~F1 dated March 6th, 1987 with a metric scale off 1:1000; is trached to this Byléw and made a part hereof. Tne Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" js hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. This Bylaw may be cited for al purposes as The "Port Coquitiam Zoning Hylaw, 1987, No, 2240 Amendment Bylaw, 1987, No. 2257", Read a first time by the Municipal Counci! this 23rd day of March, 1987, .
