That pursuant to Section 12 (4) of the Agricultural Land Commission
Act Zocalo Consultants Limited be authorized to apply to the
Agricultural Land Commission under Section 12 (1) of that Act for the
land encompassed by ALR Exctuston Application 1/84.

Carried.
Aldermen Keryluk and Stewart
voted against the resolution.

Prior +o the question being called on the foregoing resolution
Alderman Keryluk proposed a motion to defer.

Seconded by Alderman Stewart:

‘That consideration of the resolution regarding ALR Exclusion
Application 1/84 be deferred until the regular Council meeting to be
held on September 24th, 1984. .

Defeated.
Aldermen Keryluk & Stewart voted
in favour of the resolution.

Aiderman Gates then proposed a motion to permit +wo speakers
only from the audience to be heard.

Exclusion Apptication and one member from the group In favour of the
application be permitted to speak for five minutes each. _

Mayor Traboulay then advised the Council meeting would be recessed
for five’ minutes to permit the Council members time to read the jetter
from the City Solfcitor under date of September 7th, 1984 regarding the
Application for Exctusion from the Agricultural Land Reserve which had
been received a short time prior to the commencement of the Council.
