Approximately $48,000 damage to an apartment possibly caused by a cigarette.
15,000 damages to home possibly caused by a cigarette in a chesterfield.
$4,000 damages to saw in a manufacturing plant cause unknown. Three kitchen
range fires total damage approx. $150. (grease fires). Chesterfield fire,
slight damage caused by a cigarette.

54 inhalator calls, 31 home emergencies consisting of scrokes, heart attacks.
breathing problems, flu, domestic quarrel, falls causing injuries, asthmatic
attack and 2 elderly people dead on arrival. Attended 10 motor vehicle
accidents, boy hit by a truck, man hit while riding a train (frieght) boy hi:
a car, girl who had been beaten up and children trapped in an elevator. Six
industrial accidents consisting of falls, cuts and man hit by a crane. One
overdose.
