At the regular Council Committee meeting of November 15th, 1976, it

was agreed that the following resolution would be placed before the Ceuncil for

Yormal ratification:
"That every building over two storeys constructed in the City
Port Coquitlam be required to have an elevator;
AND THAT every elevator so provided be of sufficient size to accommodate

a stretcher and other necessary emergency equipment."
