NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING — ZONING BY-LAW APR 2.1 3975 The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port a Coquitlam will hold a Public Nearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B. C., on Monday, May 12th, 1975, at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed By-law to authorize issuance of a Land Use Contract: By-law No. 1373: To authorize the Council to enter into a Land Use Contract with Ricard Holdings Ltd., 3046 Lougheed Highway, Port Coquitlam, B. C., in the form and to the extent set forth in "Land Use Contract No. 11" which said Land Use Contract is annexed to and made part of the By-law and. the said Land Use Contract No. 11 shall extend to and shall regulate the development and use of land described as: “4 4. Lot 41, District Lot 465, Group One, Plan 25135, New Westminster District, Except Part Subdivided by By-law Plan: . Lots 4710, inclusive, Block One, District Lot 465, Group One, Plan 2364, New Westminster District. All that Portion of Perth Street of District Lot 465, Group One, New Westminster District as shown dedicated on Registered Plan 2364 included within the green out- line on a By-law Plan prepared by V.C. Goudal, B.C.L.S., and dated March 14th, 1975, a copy of which said Plan was attached to and made part-of the "Perth Street Plan 25135 Highway Exchange By-law, 1975, No. 1368" of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlan. The above-noted property is located in the 3300 blocks of Perth and Chester Streets (between Salisbury and Dorset Avenues) and upon its issuance Land Use Contract No. 11 will permit the property to be subdivided into 11 lots and will permit the con- struction of single-family residences thereon to be used for certain uses permitted in the RS-1 (One-Family Residential) zone as set out in Section 4 of the said Land Use Contract No. 11 and various provisions are contained in the said Land Use Contract concerning the size, shape and siting of buildings and structures and various other matters. A copy of the preposed By-law may be inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B. C. between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ~ on working days - from May Ist to May 12th, 1975.
