Inspections of the above premises were car “ied out on
September 24, 1974 and on March 18, 1975 and followin : conditions
were noteds 1

1. All the walls, ceilings and floors throughout the
house are cracked and broken and beyond repair.

2. The house has been vacated and left in an unsafe
and therefore dangerous condition.

In general, the house is in a substandard condition
and is unfit for human habitation.
