The Municipal Cou tion of the City of Port Coquittam, in en

Clause (a) of Section 10 of the "Port Coquitlam Refuse Materials Collection,
Removal and Regulation Bylaw, 1976, No. 1426" js repealed and the following
substituted therefor:

"(a) The charge payable by each owner and occupier of premises for the service
authorized by this Bylaw shall be $84.00 ser annum and there shall be
imposed, levied and collected from each owner and occupier, a special
annual charge of $84.00 for each of the premises herein defined."

This Bylaw may be cited for al! purposes as the "Port Coquitlam Refuse Materials
Collection, Removal and Regulation Bylaw, 1976, No. 1426, Amendment Bylaw, 1984,

No. 2041".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 7th day of May, 1984,
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 7th day of May, 1984.
Read a third time by the Municipal Council this Ith day of May, 1984,

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Council of
