3. A copy of the plan referred to in Section 1 and Sectien 2 hereof is
attached to this bylaw and made a part hereof.

4. Those portions of road described in Section 1 hereof are hereby closed and
stopped up to traffic of all kinds.

Those portions of land described in Section 2 hereof, when conveyed to the
City, shail be established as additions to the roads in the City.

The Mayor and City Clerk of the City are hereby authorized to execute such
conveyances, deeds, maps, receipts and other documents on behalf of the

said City as may be necessary for the purposes aforesaid and to affix the
Corporate Seal of the City thereto.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "North 1300 Block Dominion
Avenue Road Exchange Bylaw, 1992, No. 2716".

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 14th day of September, 1992.

Read a third time by the Municipal Council this 14th day of September, 1992.

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Council of The
