THAT this application be approved in principle to proceed for rezoning from A~1 (Agricultural) to RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) and RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to: a. Completion of a subdivision plan to the satisfaction of the Approving Officer; Satisfaction of Engineering Department concerns; Satisfaction of Building Department concerns; Satisfaction of Fire Department+ concerns; and Submission of an application and isauance of a Development Permit for the subdivision; 2. AND THAT final reading of the Bylaw Amendment for this application not be given until the issues identified by the Engineering Department have been resolved and until the appropriate servicea have been extended up to the subject property. BACKGROUND: An application has been received to rezone 2475 Ottawa Street from A-1 (Agricultural) to RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) for the portion fronting Ottawa Street, and RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) for the remainder of the lot, to enable the subdivision of the subject property into 7 single family lots. The site is designated "Residential" in the current Official Community Plan and is subject to the provisions of the Riverwood Area Control Plan.
