That $ 158,586 be allocated from the 1992 Water Capital budget for the Laurier/Devon Watermain project. Tenders e Laurier/Devon Watermains closed on September 23, 1992 with four bids being submitted (see attached tender summary). The lower bidder for the project was Arctic Coast Construction at $201,836.24. The section of the Devon watermain from Laurier to Lincoln was removed from the contract (see attached memo from Traffic Technician dated June 18, 1992), The funding requirement from the 1992 Water Capital budget is as follows: Contract: | $ 201,836.24 Less provincial grant: $_46.250.00 1992 Water Capital: $ 155,586.24 Engineering fees for this project of $ 38,177 have already be allocated under 1992 Water Capital. | a Arctic Coast Construction has done a project for the City before (Penny Place Pump Station) and their werk was found to be satisfactory.
