NEW BUSINESS:

Mayor Traboulay referred to the recent increase to the deposit amount
beer cans from 5¢ to 10¢ and suggested the same increase should be applied
pop cans.

Moved by Alderman Gordon:
Seconded by Alderman Talbot:

That the Provincial Government be requested to increase the deposit
soft drink cans from 5¢ to 10¢.

Carried.
