AND THAT at a subsequent meeting of City Council that a resolution be

(7) Rear Yard Setback from 7.5 meters to 7/7 meters for Lot 74, DL 341,

NW1D, Plan 77579.

COMMENTS :

During building inspection of this house it was found the second floor
encroaches by 0.5 meters (18 inches).
