THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2432

A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240”.

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbla
which is more particularly described as:

Those portions of

Lot 112 Lots 49 and 50 of Blk.14
District Lot 168 and 169 and of District Lots 168 and 169
Group One Group One
Plan 79396 Plan 2261
New Westminster District New Westminster District

designated "RT~1" on the plan attached as Appendix "A" and forming part of
this bylaw are hereby rezoned from RT-1 (Two Family Residential) to RS=2
(Smail Lot Residential).

2. The Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is
amended accordingly.

3. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1989, No. 2432”

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 29th day of May, 1989.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 29th day of May, 1989.

Public Hearing held this 26th day of June, 1989.

Purpose of the Bylaw:

To eliminate 3 lots now zoned for the construction of two-family dwellings and
to permit the creation of 5 single family lots instead.
