4. Soil removed from the saw mill Property is to be placed along the side
of the dike for planting landscaping material.

5. Preparation of the side of the dike for landscaping, including removal
of underbrush will be done as part of site preparation by the saw mill

Two unresolved issues still to be addressed are water in the tunnel and
Provision for future security lighting in the tunnel.

Owners of the saw mill will want to dedicate a bulb at either end of the
tunnel. This will ensure the stair case is not on private land, removing
liability from the company. Costs for this subdivision are to be borne by the
saw mill.

As a general practice the City requests applicant's to have their
Solicitor register agreements and covenants. Thig practice allows work to
proceed at a faster pace than if registration is done by the City.

If your client finds the list of actions pertaining to the dike to be to
their satisfaction, Please advise. Upon receipt of agreement, the matter will
be submitted to City Council for their approval.
