RECOMMENDATION:

That Council! direct the Clerk's office to prepare a bylaw
rezoning Lot SE 1/4, Sec 6, TWP 40, Plan 75121 from RT| to
RS-2.

COMMENTS:

This application is to revise the rezoning plan approved by
Counci? for the Watt property. What is being requested is to
rezone a large RT-1 lot to RS-2 and subdivide it into two
single family lots.

As this change will not affect the overa

density or general
