Re: Zoning Amendment By!aw No. 2286 Considered
at Public Hearing Earlier This Evening.

Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 2286, considered at a Zoning Public Hearing held
earlier this evening, is available for third reading.

: Council policy requires the Clerk to bring the availability of this bylaw
: for third reading to the attention of the Council at this time. The Counci |
| may now decide whether it wishes to give third reading immediately or delay
‘ it until the next meeting so that any representations made at the Hearing
F can be fully considered.

" In order to preserve the judicial nature of the procedure by which Council
. , gives consideration to requests for rezoning it is not possible for further :
representations from the applicant or the public to be received now that the
Public Hearing has been adjourned. .
